Ah, the steam. If a poker player claims never to have stared faced down the barrel of an approaching poker tilt – they are either lying or they have not been wagering for a long time. This does not infer of course that every poker player has gone on steam in the past, some people have awesome willpower and carry their losses as a loss and leave it at that. To be a good poker player, it’s extremely crucial to appraise your successes and your defeats in a similar way – with little emotion.
